Job Description: We are looking for an HVAC Installation and Replacement Technician who is dedicated to installing and replacing heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings. This role is focused exclusively on installation and replacement and does not involve service work. This role requires technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC system installations and replacements, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers
• Ensure the safe removal of old systems and the precise installation of new equipment
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to safety standards and local HVAC codes
• Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies through ongoing training

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician with a focus on installation and replacement
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain technical information to clients
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type I and II) is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
